MicroLink Eesti acquires IT Koolituskeskuse

AS MicroLink Eesti has acquired the Baltic IT training and consultant firm IT Koolituskeskuse OÜ from BaltCap.

Transaction details were not revealed, however, AS MicroLink Eesti, an Estonian IT firm, will retain 83% ownership stake in IT Koolituskeskuse OÜ.

IT Koolituskeskuse is the largest information technology training and consultancy firm in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. With the investments of AS MicroLink Eesti, it is in a position to spread its operations to the rest of the Baltic region. AS MicroLink Eesti has decided to retain the management structure in place at IT Koolituskeskuse OÜ and has made no comment on an integration between the two companies.
