Bancroft raises third CEE fund

Bancroft Private Equity raises its third Central and Eastern Europe fund with a target size of € 250 million.

Called Bancroft 3, the fund aims to make equity investments in mid-sized companies located in Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, Turkey and the Balkans. Target sectors include consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications and industrial goods manufacturing.

Bancroft has offices in London, Prague, Budapest, Istanbul and Athens.
